The Beast Recepies
Ground Beef Bulgolgi
- 1 lb 80/20 Ground Beef
- 1 tbsp avocado or grapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4th medium white onion slivered
- 2 green onion
- 2 oz soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic finely minced OR 0.25 tbsp garlic powder
- 0.25 tbsp crushed red pepper (optional)
- 0.25 tbsp black pepper
- 0.25 tbsp salt (high-altitude only)
- 0.25 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 0.125 tbsp ground ginger
- Serve with rice as desired.
- Get your rice going then mince, sliver, or otherwise prep ingredients.
- Combine ground beef, oils, soy sauce, and seasonings minus sesame seeds.
- Preheat a frying pan and brown combined ground beef, breaking up large chunks.
- Remove cooked ground beef, leaving fats and oils in the pan. Saute the slivered white onion until transluscent. Throw in sesame seeds to toast for a minute toward the end.
- Make a rice base in a bowl, then scoop desired beef, onion, and sesame seeds on top.
- Garnish with thinly chopped green onion.
